Eager Beaver Gutter Co provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of material installed and does not cover incidental damages. All repair work must be carried out by Eager Beaver Gutter Co. or its appointed agent.
This Warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from:
Natural causes such as snow or ice buildup.
Improper maintenance of the gutters and downpipes including regular cleaning to remove built-up leaves and debris which restrict the free flow of water.
External forces applied to the gutter system such as ladders.
Sliding snow/ice/object in relation to metal roofs. A proper snow rention system is highly recommended
Damage caused by Homeowner or other parties.
If you feel that you have a valid claim, please contact us. We will assess the damage and come to agreement on required repairs. Proof of purchase required for warranty.
